Prior to joining J.W. Burns & Company as a portfolio manager in Syracuse, Peter was a Trust Operations Officer and Manager at the Bank of California in San Francisco. He has over 35 years of management, research, and client service experience in the investment and accounting fields. Peter graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry.
